Teaching
I have been teaching dance since 2008, immediately after my degree in Dance, Choreography and Pedagogy at C.I.M.D of Franca Ferrari, Milan. Developing my method mainly means learning how to share the joy that dance brings to me. I am looking for fun and light-hearted teaching. My practice tracks physical skills and different techniques of contemporary dance by integrating elements of anatomy with the process of moving and dancing.
Each step I take is an interaction with the world, a dance of mutual transformation, where the awareness of my movement unveils the power of my action. Every motion is then an act of creation, a synchrony between being and becoming, where dance, for me, serves as the medium to express and understand both myself and the surrounding world. And this awareness naturally aligns with the intrinsic structure of my anatomy and thoughts, my muscles and my bones. Each of us has our own unique anatomy and therefore our own expressiveness.
