I teach dance since 2008, immediately after my degree in Dance and Pedagogy at C.I.M.D of Franca Ferrari, Milan
Developing my own method mainly means learning about sharing what dance movement is for me.
I look for fun and light-hearted teaching. Because as far as I think and feel...the seriousness lies in the intention, in taking charge of the issue itself, not in the learning process.
My practice tracks integrations of physical skills and techniques in contemporary dance with Instant Composition principles, based within the pleasure of moving and dancing.
In recent years I have been developing my personal body technique while teaching in my regular classes, or at schools and festivals in Berlin and Italy.
The work integrates anatomy elements with the process of moving and dancing, for the pleasure of the body considered as our habit and medium of adaptness.
An investigation on movement anchored to contemporary dance and based on perceptions and body awareness, mainly for the joy of experiencing movements in space, testing one's potential and individual expression.
The work also proposes an exploration on instant composition techniques through physical and sensitive practice.
This kind of research, based on my current work, is generally deepened in laboratories or longer term workshops
