Stefania is an independent choreographer, performer and teacher based in Berlin since 2013. After her graduation in Contemporary Dance at the CIMD in Milan in 2008, Stefania has deepened her studies and worked incessantly between Berlin and Amsterdam to develop a personal style and technique. She collaborates and has collaborated on various projects with artists from different countries. In recent years Stefania has been creating solo, group and collective works, realizing and presenting pieces with dancers, visual artists, musicians, singers, in Germany and Europe. Her works have been presented at various festivals and theatre, recently one of her projects was awarded by DIS - TANZEN grant of the German Department for Media and Culture. She teaches technique and improvisation in regular classes or workshops, to adults and children

Fascinated by human social behaviour since my early days in street theatre, my interest moves to places where dancing gesture unveils the deepest human condition. In a quest for a more intimate connection with the mystery of the self and the others.
